Warranty Information
Batteries are sold with a warranty against premature failure due to manufacturing or material defects only.
Due to the high quality of standards of the technical and manufacturing processes, the number of batteries that fail due to manufacturing defects is negligible.
The most common battery problem is a flat or poorly charged battery.
Most of the time this can be resolved by fully recharging the battery with a suitable battery charger.
We would always recommend that you recharge the battery as soon as you experience any issues.
If you are still having issues we can test the battery under warranty and then if necessary start the warranty process.
Warranty periods.
All batteries sold on www.emergencylightingbatteries.com are sold with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing faults.

Warranty notes
Batteries sold are sold with a warranty against premature failure due to manufacturing or material defects only.
Due to the high quality of standards of the technical and manufacturing, the number of batteries that fail due to manufacturing defects is negligible.
If the correct battery is used in the right application, the number of battery problems will be minimal and you are unlikely to have a battery problem.
All batteries have a finite life, the life is governed by the conditions under which the battery operates.
Most batteries that fail prematurely do so as a result of sulphation, over charging, over discharging, incorrect fitment, physical damage or deep cycling which are not manufacturing defects and are not covered by the warranty.
All batteries are to be returned to Emergency Lighting Batteries for testing. This is the responsibility of the customer and not The Battery Shop.
