Distance Selling Regulations

Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel the contract for any reason within 14 working days after the date you receive the goods.

Once you have cancelled your order you have a duty of care for the goods and it is your responsibility to return them to us.

Please note Business to Business sales are excluded from Distance Selling Regulations.

Some items such as custom made, bespoke, personalised or special order item are also not covered under the distance selling regulations.

Returns Process

Before returning products to us please call or email us for a Returns Authorisation Number or assistance as we may be able help resolve your problem.

If you need to return products to us please ensure that all items that are returned complete, with all of their original packaging, receipt or proof of purchase and Returns Authorisation Number and unopened within 14 Days of purchase, otherwise they will not be accepted.

Once we have received your returned parcel and verified the products we will process your return / exchange / warranty.

If your return does not contain a receipt or proof of purchase and Returns Authorisation Number this will potentially cause delays or non processing of your return as we may be unable to find your details or reason for return.

DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT A RETURNS AUTHORISATION NUMBER AS THEY WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.


Unidentifiable Items, products and parcels that are returned to us will be disposed of after 60 days.
